ERIN HOUG

Author of: Function for Production

Erin Houg worked for The United States Congress in Washington, DC, and few private companies, as a corporate “reorganizer”. After leaving for her maternity leave, she found out just how hard it would be to leave her new little man and go back to work full time.  Instead of returning to work she became certified in pre and postnatal fitness and now owns her own Stroller Strides/Fit4Baby franchise in Washington state, which she runs from her home.  Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their kids. It includes power walking/running and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.   Now, as a mom, she puts her passion for organization and structure to use helping fellow moms organize their lives and homes, in hopes of allowing them more time with their kids and more time for fitness and healthy living!
